2022
A Spark from Compassionate Hearts
In 2022, amidst the lingering economic scars of the post-COVID-19 pandemic, two dedicated sons of Ninh Binh province, Pham Ngoc and Tran Tung, felt a deep sense of concern. They witnessed a poignant reality: many students, despite possessing extraordinary academic talent and an unyielding will to learn, faced immense economic hardship, putting their dreams at risk of being unfulfilled. Unwilling to see such potential fade, Ngoc and Tung decided to ignite the first spark. Using their personal finances and unwavering conviction, they quietly took action, personally seeking out and awarding the very first scholarships. Each scholarship wasn't just material support; it was a beacon of light, fueling the determination of these bright, resilient students, a testament that their commitment to a brighter future had truly begun.
2023
Steady Steps with Passionate Friends
Inspired by the initial success and the heartwarming stories of those they had helped, 2023 saw Ngoc and Tung's efforts touch the hearts of a close-knit group of about 10 longtime friends. These passionate individuals, sharing a common desire to serve their homeland's education, readily contributed their own finances and time. Together with Ngoc and Tung, they personally sought out, assessed, and delivered scholarships and essential support to outstanding students who, despite their brilliance, lacked favorable conditions. This collective effort transformed initial personal endeavors into a warm and effective movement of shared purpose.
2024
Cultivating the Foundation's Vision, Expanding Impact
In 2024, building on the successes and experiences gained from their small group activities, Ngoc, Tung, and their dedicated collaborators realized that to help even more students—especially those talented individuals overcoming adversity to attend top universities—a grander vision and a formal non-profit organization were essential. This marked the pivotal period when the idea of the QuantaQuest Foundation truly began to take root and flourish, driven by the goal of fostering a stronger educational environment, not only in Ninh Binh province but also reaching further across the nation.
2025
QuantaQuest Foundation Officially Established
After a journey of immense effort, persistence, and unwavering dedication, 2025 saw the QuantaQuest Foundation officially receive its license and recognition as a non-profit organization. This was a sweet reward for years of nurturing a vision, from personal concerns to the collective action of the community. This milestone not only marked a crucial legal step but also affirmed QuantaQuest's long-term commitment to empowering dreams, helping students overcome all economic barriers to become exceptional scholars at leading universities, and thus write new chapters of success and contribute meaningfully to society.
